We received the response brief from the lawyers for Putnam County, West Virginia in the Michael Walker case, the AR-15 open carry case currently pending at the Fourth Circuit. This is the case where the young man was headed coyote hunting with his AR-15 and was stopped and called a $&#%sucker by a Putnam County sheriff’s deputy – twice…. You may have seen the video. The case is now at the Fourth Circuit, where the law enforcement lawyers are equating the AR-15 with mythological and ridiculously legendary and awesome killing power (I’m being facetious – it’s actually underpowered compared to most “hunting rifles” they’re discussing). In this video, I’ll share some of the quotes from their response brief…..

Average muzzle energy of a .223 is about 1200 ft-lbs. average muzzle energy of a .308 is around 2800 ft-lbs.
It wasn’t designed to wound. By the way, what is an assault rifle?
A college was having problems with females being assaulted in the women's rooms. They made the restrooms co-ed, and the women reported they felt safer, plus the assaults ended. Making the restrooms co-ed had nothing to do with LGBTQ+ issues.
One of several reasons that the small .223 AR-15 caliber was better for an assault rifle is because it tended to wound rather than kill. Why is that important? Because a wounded soldier uses up more of the enemy’s resources than a dead one. Think about it – a wounded soldier needs a medic, two stretcher bearers, a doctor, some trained aides or nurses, an aid station, transport to the aid station, a hospital, and an assortment of medical and surgical supplies and facilities including some future care and rehabilitation. A dead soldier can be left on the ground until both sides call a ceasefire.
But one of the dangers of the .223 round is that it will go right through ordinary interior walls and retain enough velocity to injure or kill an innocent party. In the school shooting where several officers were standing around in the hallway outside the classroom where an active shooter held children, the cops were in as great danger being just one thin wall away than if they had forced entry into the room.
If he was a mass shooter, he must be the dumbest criminal I have ever seen. First strapping his firearm behind his back, under a backpack so you he has no access to it. Then when approached by officers. Instead of running or doing harms. He pulled out his phone to film instead. He filmed the officers for accountability and to protect himself from officers placing bogus charges. This case is about the 4th which prevent any citizens from search and seizure. If we can’t even trust that our basic rights based on our laws can’t be upheld and enforced by our law enforcements, then we are all doomed. Law enforcers can violate any laws to do whatever they like based on their own feelings alone. Anyone can be detained, search, identified for possessing anything. You there that hold a fork. Please ID so we can investigate if you have any crimes because that fork is close to a school and you can stab 5 people in the arteries to death. WTH. AR-15 is legal to own and this is an open carry State and 2A sanctuary. Heck, the terrorists preferred to use airplanes to do mass killings during 9-11. Lets detain and question everyone that enter an airplane. You don’t hear on the news about Mr. Willeford stopped and kill a mass shooter in Texas with an AR-15. Who needs an AR.
Why aren't Karen's who make these nuisance calls charged?
I thought it was pretty pathetic for the cop to call Mr. Walker a Sovereign Citizen, cops get away with criminal actions daily with no accountability and are the only true "Sovereign Citizens" in America, We The People aren't above the Law the same way LEOs are.. Then calling him a CS again like a child going through a temper tantrum upset that people stand up for their Rights.. The cop complaining hearing about the Rights of Americans to not answer questions, the 5th and 6th Amendments.. No cop should complain about Americans to uphold their Constitutional Rights and if they do then they most likely don't need to be in Law Enforcement if they hate the Constitution and Rights of American Citizens..
How did the Karen(s) know the gun or rifle was an AR-15 versus a 'hunting rifle' from a distance ?
In Alaska there is a town called Tanana and all the residents use either an AR 15 or an M 16 for all types of hunting 👍😃🖖
Sorry about the connection about halfway through. There’s no way to tell from my perspective. I’ll have to find a fix for this failure of our state to provide for the availability of basic essential services….. they’re too busy being swamp creatures….
Sorry about the connection about halfway through…… I’ll have to fix this or just use my other more privileged office. 😧
