A massive ring of corruption was just exposed in Albuquerque, New Mexico. A massive group of crooked cops in three different agencies, taking a massive amount of bribes, all centering around one criminal defense attorney, Thomas Clear, III, who has apparently been the real-life Saul Goodman for the last 30 years. The feds are prosecuting many of the individuals involved and a class action lawsuit has been filed. In this video I interview the lawyers handling the class action.
that mother should be ashamed of herself for believing the pigs before her son. if i was son I've would disowning her as a mother
Largest organized crime syndicate in the country… police depts. and sheriff's offices.
Protecting and serving a pension and a paycheck
They destroyed people's lives. For money. Just destroyed them. Thats what these DUI charges do to oeople even if they eventually get off. Sickening.
The lawyer had them break in so he could destroy all of his own files and say they got robbed…these are real bad people…
I'm not surprised at all! I've suspected corruption in New Mexico law enforcement for at least two decades. So three makes sense. I also suspect Arizona as well!
30 years of racketeering by our government!?!…
Now that I think about it… no, it’s not that shocking the governments just mad they didn’t share
All the bad cops are hired by someone. The people further up the chains need to be monitored. This is a case of police getting caught. Many more I believe are not caught.
Wtf…… Jesus like what a massive scandal n corruption
Yeah as long as the good ole boys attitude persists in New Mexico, this kind of corruption will continue.
Dui has always been a a systemic shakesown of white men… Reparations now for all white men..
The worst kind of tv character to imitate in real life, is a lawyer, but, here we are. Keep it classy New Mexico, keep it classy. 🤦🏿♂️
Such corruption is only possible when courts, DAs, politicians and police working together, who should be independent powers. That is anti-democracy and should be enormous punished.
It’s a Democrat state what do you expect I live here in Albuquerque nm
And Trump deleted a database containing scumbags just like this. 🤦♂️
The whole being able to resign so you don't have to answer questions needs to be put to a stop immediately. When did we let these people make up laws and policies to completely protect them from accountability? It should be just the opposite. The punishment and scrutiny should be at a much higher standard than for normal civilians. They're almost untouchable
New Mexico is a wreck! About a year ago the governor tried to destroy her constituents 2A rights! The sheriff and other law enforcement refused to enforce her EX ORDER and others in state government jumped on the issue and shut her down. Hopefully she won't be re-elected.
They will all get probation
#newmexicotrue
The Plot is.. Any Criminal Charge is the Punishment through the Process. One spends Money & Time up front, and then One gets One's day in court a year later to prove One's innocence. John, I'm sorry to say, in your field of work is a festering pile of shit. Everyone, including Defense Attorneys, Judges, Prosecutors, & Police, reaps the benefit of this corrupt system. But hey.. let the Money Roll. It's a Great Story for a TV Show, Right? pfft
Cops are scumbags it is obvious…the enemy within
How many victims were unaware of the scheme?
Pay attention things are getting interesting…
This is "just us" system!
Crooked cops and corruption isn’t stranger than fiction.
This is NM nothing will happen in this corrupt state especially when you can just resign and your home free.
I bet they are all proud masons down at the masonic temple.
I have a hundred dollar bill that says this is not at all uncommon. Been many years ago but I have a cousin who was stopped, and was DUI, the fee was much less but the charge vanished into the ether, never happened, no record of even the stop.
One has to wonder what the police union has to do with this matter
And people are worried about terrorists 😂😂😂😂 The real terrorists wear badges and we pay their salaries.
All police are criminals…their brothers in blue knew what was going on…they did nothing..they are accomplices.
Resignation shouldn't be a shield against prosecution.
What a shocker, they are corrupt.
Suprise of the year, their way above 6 figures salaries arent enough for them, classic.
Let's get this straight a person that's charged with a RICO crime was allowed to leave the country? Where was the judges had on that decision to allow that I didn't see them doing that to any Mafia bosses back in the 80s when they charge them with Rico crimes
I'd be looking at the judges involved also…
