7:44 At 16 in Provo, Utah right after getting my license I got an illegal U-turn ticket, the city had a fully blossomed shrub directly blocking the view from the left turn lane. They gave me a bench warrant because I gave the cop the finger and did what allot of teens still do and didn't appear. My dad didn't even know at this point and was pissed. He drove down to that area and saw for himself after I explained why I acted so stupidly and had the ticket dismissed and had the cop taken off duty until the two day investigation went on that my dad led and proved to the judge that this Provo cop was using that bush to entrap me into that ticket. My dad made sure that Provo cop made the Brady list.
Cops don’t like to deal with real criminals because it’s hard dangerous work it’s easier to charge regular citizens with crimes and escalate a normal citizens minuscule problem by being aggressive with them to charge them with more crimes .

Always sooo UNobjective ….. The guy used force to begin with against the officer BEFORE eventually putting his hands on the truck as requested. The fact that he ALREADY resisted violently is enough for the officer to put cuffs and arrest him for resisting , OBVIOUSLY the officer was reluctant to get close the the driver , because he had already resisted using force and he didn't want to get close and end up in the same or worse situation.
Refusing lawfull commands will get you tased especially if you have already used force against an officer , and even more so if the officer is alone , he's not going to get into a fight one on one with someone who has already used force in resisting. And look at how fast the driver went from having his hands on the truck to being in a full on physical confrontation ,,, A second, or less, and he was on the officer , eventually putting a hand around his throat and trying to strangle him …..
EXACTLY what NOT to do ,,, always stay calm, listen when spoken to , calmly explain your situation and reasons ,,, if you think you were not speeding , if you request dashcam footage or on-board radar with proof of speed etc etc ,,, fight in court , with no proof from radar it's he said – he said ,,, that is not proof of guilt .
