See… Pennsylvania vs Mimms allows officers to ask you to stop out of the vehicle at any time. Yet, as explicated stated in that case law, they are allowed to ask you to step out if they feel their are weapons or any form of danger to them inside the vehicle. If they answer “no” to this question… they just lost every single lawsuit ever filed
