You're putting good content out but your commentary is ass. Instead of using words to encite emotions like "torture cuffs" and "Hannibal Lecter van", why don't you just explain the content normally? If you think being in handcuffs is torture, you don't know what real torture is. The definition of a historian is one who records history without bias and emotions involved, like a reporter. Just put the content out and report the things that really matter: this cop was abusive in his power against a teen that was doing nothing and handled the kid that would normally be considered aggravated assault among criminals. That's it. No need to put unnecessary adjectives to describe the situation. I'm sure this will bring more clarity to your audience members; I can't be the only one rolling my eyes when I hear "torture cuffs."
