The police who are testifying in court should be allowed to be questioned by your counsel to qualify their knowledge of their legal obligations and their understanding of the constitution of the United States and their legal obligations to protect the citizens. If they don’t qualify then they are not allowed to testify and your case should be dismissed as an unlawful action by a state agency that hasn’t trained their employees properly!
Their job is to literally jam you up and get you in trouble. Hopefully for them and court processes you have some money, then you are really validating them.
Bring the supervisor in I say so that when they violate my rights I can add him/her to the civil rights lawsuit that I will file so that I can attach myself to his/her pension for as long as possible too 😉🤌🏼
