Remember everyone, youβre never obligated to cooperate with a false arrest. A false arrest by definition is assault, battery, kidnapping, and possibly attempted murder depending on how far they take things. This is America, and you have the right to defend yourself against a criminal trying to assault you, by any means necessary.

Here's a great idea for an actually GOOD law that is supremely IN PURSUANCE THEREOF (THE CONSTITUTION): Former military service members can never be police officers, and former police officers can never be judges.
Any trained government murderer (Marine) should never be able to be a copper.

when running a radar unit the officer that tags you must be there to present the ticket and when you go to court subpoena the radar equipment certifications training when the last time the radar unit was certified FCC license approvals make sure nothing is expired you're not going to win take their money take their time

The fact that these pigs think they can completely block the sidewalk by parking a vehicle on it and stopping pedestrians from walking on it blows my mind. They literally have over a dozen officers lined up to fk people out of their hard earned money on top of the money we already pay in taxes is really pathetic.
