I am pissed that this judge was even considering the loitering charge. You can see in the video that the man was moving on the side walk the whole time, you can see that the officers approached him. It is a Constitutional right of freedom of speech. The US Supreme Court has stated that even "obsecne" language is protected unless certain words were used. As far as blocking anything the video shows he did not block anything. Why were these officers not charged with perjury? Why do they engage when people are exercising their rights? Why do police get so upset when people are exercising their rights?
