Ok, here's my problem with this video. This auditor went into that building for the sole purpose of baiting these people to call the cops on him. While he didn't do anything illegal, he was kind of a dick about it and when the cops showed up, he started screeching like a banshee. Again, he didn't do anything illegal, but, in my opinion, this is a bad way to audit the police.

As an update to the civil case Chavez filed, the district court granted the motion to dismiss for the officers involved and closed the case, stating no constitutional violation occured. Decided 11 Sep 2023 by District Judge Noreika.
