  1. Why do cops have to escalate everything. Okay so the kid was speeding. Write him a ticket and just let him get back to work. All these cops are just out to bust everyone for every little thing that they can. It's fucking ridiculous, just do your fucking jobs!

  2. Stopped watching with all the “I’m not answering questions” bull.
Anytime a lawyer tries to explain a reasonable distance for a traffic stop I find it funny. Most officers would be on high alert if they observed this drivers behavior after lights were activated. Driver had plenty of time to stop at a safe location (most notable right inside the entrance). Most states have residency laws, so if you’re not answering residency questions, you open yourself up for citations. Cops aren’t having you roll down windows to smell marijuana he asking you to roll down windows so he can see the backseat occupants.
Also I want the smellivision these two have, to be able to affirm that there was no smell coming from the car.😝

  3. Since the person asked, “Don’t I have the right to record on my phone?,” Doesn’t that obligate the pigficer to tell him that he does? If not, he should be obligated to do so.

  4. I wouldn’t trust someone who thinks ‘Nuisance’ is a legal term with constitutional information

For the record I had a chat with my lawyers at slater Gordon, most of your lawsuits are open for counterclaims

  5. 51:18/19 John like Steve – attorney is bias in his narratives describing cops actions at times

He gives his viewers the wrong perspective and perception of “how people should act” “ it’s to be expected the cops will escalate things” his words—

John is all about MONEY- and does nothing to make a change- nor for the cause—

Settlements – talks about them and brags with his lighter money clip while lighting a supposed expensive cigar!!!

If he was to take ALL the cases he’s had over the many years- at least one or two to Supreme Court to make “case law/s” maybe he’d be doing something other than just making money from corruption of cops!

  6. There needs to be checks and balances

There needs to be – a person who is bias and not with the blue line gang- not with the specific department- where the individual is on scene and films cop while they search a vehicle- and there must be a database where the cop must sign in this database prior to searching a vehicle- and must write a statement of probable cause to search- this database has to come back with lawful verification of probable cause- and then gives authorization for cop to search the vehicle-

There must be a videographer on scene and films the search of vehicle in its entirety-

And or – the people must have that right- to film the cops while searching their vehicle!!!

A 24/7 center who overlooks- each department – every cop while in shift must have their bodycam on during shifts-

With no manipulation of bodycam- no muting- no turning off- if they need bathroom breaks or such- need to sign in database to give note of why bodycam is off-

There must be levels of fines for misconduct of following policies and procedures—

And a three strike their out- loose certification-

  7. At 27:07 Chille points out important information here:

Not only are prosecutors and cops getting convictions because the constitutional rights violations were not Clearly Established- under the – Two- phase analysis

But also- because- charges- citations- (even though the prosecutor and judges- know there’s police violations- misconduct- the judges and prosecutors get away with it- because of the misconduct wasn’t clearly established-

Like the Brady list- if cop is out on Brady list and or is found lying- perjury – if these citations and or charges get dismissed due to the above- all the prior convictions could be overturned- usually with a timeline of last six months of- and a lot of money goes out instead of coming in.. In most jurisdictions- some percent of all fines go directly into an account that’s setup for the judge to retire on- So in most instances- a prosecutor won’t even look at any accusations against the cop/s and judges have an interest in keeping that backing of revenue protected / viable and granting qualified immunity regardless of the harm of person and to the constitution and the peoples rights!!!
