#policemisconduct #excessiveforce #caughtoncamera
The tale of two police beatings of arrestees in Parkersburg, West Virginia, both my clients, and both caught on video – on the same camera! These have never been seen before on YouTube. They were litigated in federal court, by me, and resulted in an epic federal court ruling which created law that is still in existence today. #policevideos #civilrightslaw #civilrightslawyer

  1. I was a defendant in a litigation that we ultimately lost. Later, I was contacted by the principal of the law firm. They wanted me to provide expert witness testimony in a current action. We ( the attorney with my help) prevailed. Thereinafter, I became a vital team member with the firm. We had a great 15 year run before I retired. The largest case we won was for 56 million dollars against a prestigious, world wide, insurance conglomerate. Their attorneys flew in monthly from London and South Africa. After I retired, the South Africans also approached me for a litigation in Indonesia. I speak Indonesian. This time, I declined to focus on my family, friends and hobbies. All considered I have had a great and exciting life.

  2. How many of these West Virginia tyrants actually went to jail for beating an innocent person with handcuffs? And why would you defend a cop who's in the wrong? With what is going on in the world today 2023 this is ridiculous These cops are going to suffer for what they do to innocent people.

  3. I know this is old but I have to wonder how many cops were sitting in the courtroom. My Mom was on a jury once. She said all the cops followed all the jurors out each day. she never got stopped and doesn't know if the others got stopped but she found it very intimidating. In the end they still found the defendant not guilty, cops got the wrong man.

  4. Until the POS cops that step "out of line" get a good dose of "Baseball Bat Therapy"… Nothing will change. As long as the Taxpayer pays the claims for these Mentally Ill Bastards, NOTHING WILL CHANGE.

  5. I am shocked that you'd represent a dirty cop who knocked a man out. That one case overshadowed all the good work you'd previously done. I was a lawyer for 34yrs & i always refused any case where a cop committed violence on ANYONE. I do not believe there is any need for cops to attack ppl in the violent manner dirty cops do today. For every good cop there are 9 dirty cops.

  6. That intro was decent my guy, nicely done!👌
These case’s were a slam dunk for you. lol Congratulations and prayers for you, your family, the victims, and all parties involved.
(even for the bad cops) I pray they Repent of their sins committed, and for their conversion.
God bless and Peace be with you.

  7. THEY ARE SMIRKING AND LAUGHING. ,,, AND WHY IS THERE NOT A CAMERA SHOWING THE VIEW DOWN THAT SNEAKY LEFT HAND ROOM CORNER. THEY CAN HIDE AND O ANYTHING IN THAT DOOR WAY WHICH IS HIDDEN FROM THE MAIN CAMERA.. WHAT AN VEIL PLACE WITH IN HUMAN STAFF. DISGRACEFUL. WHEN IS THIS BRUTALITY GOING TO END???

  8. It isn't just law enforcement. I was encouraged to go to the ER to get a few stitches for a minor cut on my forehead. After waiting hours in an ER , I kept complained that I wanted to leave. Two young male orderlies came and put me in 4-point physical restraints, for hours, claiming I used bad language. My wife (a RN employed at the same hospital) was later escorted off the hospital property by security/police, also for complaining about the situation… It's not just the cops, it's everyone with a sense of entitlement, and it's becoming an epidemic. Thank You for fighting the good fight. BTW, that was years ago and no lawyer I spoke to wanted my case.

  9. Keep it up buddy. Its nice having someone out there fighting these bastards.
Im surprised my city (Lubbock, Tx) hasn't made it to your channel yet.
Our police force runs a cocaine ring that launders money through local cash businesses like bars and tattoo shops. The mayors son committed negligent homicide while watching a kid die that he just sold ecstasy to, and cops killed each other while raiding the house of an unarmed man.
Plus all the more common things like planting drugs, beating up handcuffed people in alleys and ditches, and just generally being human garbage.

  10. It still amazes me that we leave some of the biggest and most consequential cases up to a jury of 12 random people. Jurors infamously get it wrong, time and time again. Kudos to the judge for invoking his right to overturn the jury verdict

  11. In these cases the governor of the that state needs to step in and get new officers and dismiss all of those none of them should even be allowed to be a cop ever again in any state
