Wow that’s really weird YouTube said I violated their community standards when I spoke up and said the reason why you invoke your fifth amendment right to remain silent and the reason why you invoke your fourth amendment right to be free from unreasonable search and seizure and the reason why you invoke your first amendment right to film and report is because if they ignore you and proceed to violate your rights they will not have qualified immunity when you take them to court for violating your rights but if you don’t know invoke your rights than they can get away with violating them
So, from this clip we don't know anything. We skip all the buildup and what the traffic infraction actually was. Have no idea how long this back and forth bs has already been going on… Maybe actually recording the whole encounter would have shown who was actually in the right.
