  1. In the state of Texas penal code section 22.06 talks about mutual combat as defense against an assault charge. "Fighting words" are considered to be an implied invitation to legal mutual combat, with precedent. I dont know where this guy is, but his argument does not sound valid. If it is Texas, the defendent he's talking about has a valid defense, so long as only fists were used and no permanent damage was caused. (IANALATINLA)

  2. There is a movement happening in America right Now, it's called Americans Against Qualified Immunity, public servants will not stop this type of tyranny until they are held financially and legally accountable for the deplorable actions against the people, Together We Will WIN!!!! Join the movement NOW!

  3. Crazy when the thin blue line is being crossed but crickets when it happens to a citizen by the "good cops". While this constable seems to be far more relaxed than the grumpy old man, he now knows what is like for the rest of us and his this actual happens daily and most of these encounters are not being recorded.

  4. It's amazing that people that are like in charge of other people's well-being and have charge of our peace in our lives there not law enforcement officers there peacekeeping officers this does not look like they are keep trying to keep peace at all

  5. Someone was holding that camera cockeyed. Someone doesn't know what a TV set picture looks like. A fine example of a constable out of control, experienced just about everywhere in America. Too much shouting to suit me. Ron W4BIN

  6. Still don't understand that. You can't record inside a courtroom. Why not? Anything I can see from a public place, I can film or photograph. A courthouse is a public building. The proceedings are also public. Anyone from the general public can come in, sit down, and observe and listen. What's the problem with a camera?
