Resisting arrest is not a stand alone offence, requiring an arresting charge of criminal activity. Thats why its called Resisting arrest.

When are they going to pass legislation to stop law-enforcement officers from making up laws that do not exist or misinterpreting laws to make arrest misinterpreting laws to make an arrest? When are they going to pass legislation to stop law-enforcement officers from being able to lie to citizens? The officer stated that the young lady under arrest was 17 years old, which makes her minor and when they detain indoor arrest a minor the parents have to be involved. Law-enforcement cannot question a minor without an attorney present. This officer needs to lose his police of accreditation be fired and be charged for kidnapping and charged for child abuse. That is what we would be charged with if we went and kidnapped. A child we would be charged with kidnapping and child abuse and we would serve decades in prison decades. This officer should have to serve decades in prison for kidnapping and child abuse.
They’re also needs to be legislation past to stop law-enforcement from arresting people for filming them alleging that it is obstruction when it is not obstruction
