Cops video footage should be reviewed by non bias people in communities the police departments are from, if they find the cops did bad; they should be sued personally and jailed.. If there’s no video footage, then the cops should be jailed for tempering with evidenc.
Policing often attracts individuals who want to be seen as an Authority Figure instead of a public servant.
The scummy cop put the body cam in the positing where he knows it will obstruct the view of who he shoots when he pull his firearm and point. This is a form of obstruction.
