They couldn't find the suspect so they chose a random guy and just started harassing him. How would they know from looking at him which vehicle was his and how would looking at his ID prove or disprove if he was drunk?

So many of these video's of cops overstepping their authority have morbidly obese cops as the main offenders. I thought they had to be able to pass a physical to be a cop. It would be nice if they had to take an iq test as well and at least get into triple digits.

If you don’t have to give your name or your ID when you’re being detained then there’s so many videos of cops breaking the law. And so many cops state the same thing if you don’t give me your ID you’re going be arrested for not supplying your ID. How can I be this much confusion in the law or is each state different??
During the deposition why is the cop holding his chest with both hands????…is he mentally unstable?…or does he think he's getting ready to bail out of a plane or something?
Not to mention how was giving his name going to make what difference at all?…did the caller say the name of who they thought they were searching for?

There is a difference between REAL police officers of a free democracy and mercenaries. One follow the LAW and protect citizens rights and the others get payed for terrorising citizens and abuse powers given.
We have 3 (!) INDEPENDENT check and balance instances a mix between judges police lawyers AND citizens to CONTROL the doing of armed man and woman with badges for Serving AND protect citizens.
