  1. Unnecessary aggression one of these days you will run into a cop that will match your aggression and I promise you…you will on the bloody end of that convo😂😂😂😂😂 thats if you're lucky

  2. That dude is just going out of his way to start a confrontation when there’s no need. Some police are corrupt but all police are human and are prone to react in negative situations. This dude isn’t conducting an audit he’s just being an asshole.

  3. Omm, this video actually makes the uploaded look like an absolute dickhead. The cop was courteous and professional, but the driver acted like a 10yr old playing Fortnite…

  4. This cop actually seemed pretty chill about it. Looks more like the guy was hoping to come across the typical ones that get all pissed off and arrest you so he could get that settlement money.

  5. Nah that’s not cool at all. I don’t know what rights you got in America, but even if you’re allowed to do so doesn’t mean you should. If the cop didn’t do anything bad why would you be such an asshole to him?

  6. When u think of it, he was pulled over because the cop was makeing sure he was ok. Didn’t give a warning or ticket and was preaty chill. Don’t be mad at a guy looking out for u

  7. As much as we all understand cops, abuser, power 100% and I agree with every lack luster video 100% of the time, however, in this case that police officer handled the situation fantastic, but this person did not handle the situation great at all. They were looking for an issue looking for a problem, and I really can't condone that too much. Now granted, I am all for testing the system a little bit, but this was a bit much

  8. Cop can claim it was a wellness check, he saw you 'flag' him, and he asked if you're alright several times. He can just claim he thought you were in distress, and as soon as you said your piece, he left in peace. Would not rise to the level of 'unlawful' as you titled this video, to land any sort of lawsuit. In case you're wondering, I too generally distrust cops/don't want to be near them, and very much teaching my kids their rights and how to stand up for them. This looks more like unresolved anger/fear/anxiety pushing things a bit too far?

  9. He pulled the man over for no legal reason, the law states a police officer may only detain a person which includes pulling a car over for code infraction(s), not hurt feelings.

  10. LackLuster, huge fan of your channel, and agree 99.8% of the time. However this title should be labeled in a way that highlights the cop and shames this guy.

This guy was intentionally trying to be a prick and the officer handled him perfectly. He should be called out out for being childish and a coward (Coward because he didn’t start talking sh*t until the cop was half way back to his car). Your title can make it seem as if you rather defend this crap.

Officers get away with a lot of crap, because they will often use the law, in a way that subverts common sense. Yet we all h8te when that happens, because we know despite what the letter of the law says, it was wrong of the officer.

My stance is, we all need to keep that same energy when idiots like this, do stupid stuff. He gave the officer the finger and then cursed him out 😳. The officer still handled it perfectly. I understand Freedom of speech allows him to be able to say what he want and give him the finger. However just like a bad cop, he’s allowing the protection of the law to subvert common sense.

We want cops to be better, we hold them accountable for doing wrong. Same energy should be given to stupid people when they are in the wrong.

  11. That cop remain calm cool and professional, not exactly a retaliatory stopped since it looked like he wanted to see if he was being flagged down legitimately help you even though you were being a douche

  12. I was pulled over for a high occupancy lane violation, which was lawful, I was wrong. The highway patrol woman who pulled me over was very rude and clearly had a bad night and then morning. She cited me for the lane violation and said my registration was expired, which clearly was not with my current sticker on my tag and my paper registration from the Tag agency. I lived in Virginia at the time, but my car was registered in my home state of Oklahoma. She said the system they use said my registration was out of date. How is that my problem? I chose to appear in court for these violations. I had no problem with the lane violation, but the registration and her attitude I had a problem with. Subsequently, my job sent me out of town, and I had to request a continuance for the court date. I got the procedure for that from the court clerk, and I followed those instructions by writing the court and asking for a continuance, I also took the opportunity to explain the patrol woman's nasty attitude (name and badge#), and her sarcasm about the length of time that time that I had been licensed. In those instructions was to call the court on the day of the trial and get the new court date. When I called, I was made aware that the infractions were dismissed. As far as I'm concerned, justice was served. That officer probably had complaints lodged against her for her shifty attitude, and thus, the bogus tickets dropped, well one bogus, but the other dropped as well as it was petty.

  13. Come on you went looking for trouble I can understand if you were just riding down the street and didn't stick your finger up and the cop pulled you over and was not very nice but you just go looking for trouble

  14. Terrible the way your acting like a child and your a grown man. You should be ashamed of yourself. That Cop didn't do anything to you. But watch you dial 911 for help in the future. You should apologize to that man.

  15. I completely understand some not respecting the badge and having past negative interactions with them. But this guy does understand that there's a person behind the badge he just gave the finger to, right? Flicking off a stranger over past interactions with someone completely different, kinda makes you an a** as well? And I'm not a fan of the badge either.
