  1. Rockford, IL PD encrypted their radio traffic several years ago and the citizens are not happy about it. Makes it much more difficult when it comes to crimes, in that we the people no longer know suspect descriptions for crimes unless they specifically tell us.

  2. I'm in hemet, riverside county and we still don't have access to thier radio transmission… we used to be able to listen to it online but ever since they made it not accessible… to this date they haven't changed that I have heard and seen Riv Co online tho atleast but not hemet… just recently our cops have been in the headlines too HPD shot a man in his own backyard and never heard the outcome as well they were looking for someone breaking in into the neighbors backyard apparently ….

  3. 5:30 Everything involving a Public Official (eg. Cops) does is self evidently IN PUBLIC. Also, why TF does ANYONE allow cops to search their vehicle without legal obligation to do so? Anything they find isn’t to help the driver, their objective is to find something which gives them grounds for more charges! JHC.

  4. The couple that they pulled over, search their car, patted them down, were clearly intimidated by the police and we're doing everything they could to please the police, Even if it meant allowing the police to violate their rights by intimidation, lying, or the officer friendly tactic.
Most everyone knows what a ride they can put you on and most certainly will at the first sign that you are not licking their boots. That ride can end with you being dead.
Personally I believe that anyone carrying deadly weapons, that includes k-nine, who engages in butt hurt behavior, should lose their right to carry a gun or control a k-nine because so many injuries, incarcerations, and deaths, have occurred because butt hurt.
If we as non officers of the law conduct ourselves by butt hurt we lose our privileges and even our freedom.

  5. So the guy’s information and social security number is on that computer and this guy record it, and post it on social media, wont that going to cause identity thief?Cuz that crusier computer is full of information about the person.
    🤔🤔🤔🤔

  6. I enjoy watching auditors and agree that what they do is extremely important. However, I really don't like the ones that instigate and behave like a**holes. There's no need for that and it makes the cops feel even more justified in the bullsh*t they do.

  7. I think a big reason we are seeing people of position still not knowing the laws is because they are just now starting to teach this stuff to the new recruits. What you and all the auditors are doing is working!

  8. I don't believe the trainer he's just telling them what he wants to hear there's no way he's training police officers on that stuff he can barely recall it himself if he had trained anybody and doing that it wouldn't be that hard to think about it

  9. Why are most of 1st amendment auditors so fat? Probably because they are lazy fooks, who just stand around all day and film stuff.
Come on auditors, do some cardio each day, otherwise you are going to die of heart attack soon. That would be very unfortunate, because I'd have to find another source of entertainment.

  10. 9:30 Except he’s not super nice. He intentionally badgers and insults the officers and presents an insufferable, arrogant attitude. One can try to justify that behavior by saying “cops should keep a calm head in all situations,” but it’s disingenuous to turn around and claim that you “are always nice” in these encounters.

  11. There is also no law that states it's legal, cause closing the door might be enough to create privacy. These simply hasn't been a Court ruling yet, which doesn't mean you would win in case it comes to one.

  12. Why do we have to be inundated with several advertisements before the video, several during the video, and several after? Now we have to be harassed over some wallet commercial. That's more than enough. When I see videos like this, I just click off.

  13. You know it's clear that the What's the cause of problem He's not wrong about the law except what he talks about the plain view doctrine. when hes talking to people at the Academy. Is the plain view dockeren describe Police searches and not the right to film in public

  14. In order to maintain their qualified immunity they need to be ignorant of the law. Ever since the US Supreme Court upheld that police can legally violate 4th amendment rights by being ignorant of those rights (Heien v. North Carolina), it has snowballed into every facet of civil rights. And now it stacks with qualified immunity. If an officer knowingly violates civil rights, their qualified immunity would be in imminent danger of being stripped, as long as they are ignorant of their violations, they will in all likelihood maintain their qualified immunity. They are rewarded for being ignorant.

  15. You might be right but you’re arrogant and I don’t like you you’re so disrespectful because You feel the need to prove a point I don’t like your tactics
