It's been the same since the start of making them above the law. Only now people have cameras and live streams. The right to use them in public, should not be taken lightly.
Imagine the vetting questions to be an oath breaker.
1. Do you beat your family?
2. Is your oath something you should disregard?
3. Are you willing to do everything you can with every citizen to find a reason to put them in the system.
4. If you cannot find something, escalate the scene and make a reason to arrest the citizen and witnesses. Do you feel comfy with that?
