Ok so I’m late on this one but first off, being held in jail IS excusable for missing a court date. It’s the cops holding a person that’s responsible for getting you to court but even if they’re unable to, it’s excusable!

Last but not least, officer Layne could be the poster cop for why the public doesn’t trust police. Seen that video before this one which starts with her approaching Otto with a very friendly “Hey, how’re you doing today?” NEVER TRUST A COP! Cops are NOT your friends.
There NEEDS to be more auditors/videos/cop watchers as obviously police/LEOs will never keep themselves honest. Accountability. Transparency. How important is it?

I called the Rockwall police yesterday trying to reach the Lt commanding officer over the now Sgt Lane. Later upon missing his return call I called him right back. The dispatch lady that answered said to me when I told her my concern regarding Lane she replied "that's an old case" I said to her, "I realize that but the settlement paid is recent and it cost the City a 100 Gs" she replied with a chuckle "oh well" as she continued to chuckle. I dropped the F Bomb to her and hung up. You know if we were under the impression that these lawsuits were a deterrent to corrupt policing we were completely wrong. These corrupt cops know it's the people's money that pays for it and so they don't care. I think an eye opener that really gets their attention is needed!!
This beyond bad policing when they start running schemes like this they working off pure evil…taking your kids, arresting you for breaking no laws, coercing citizens to do an say things they want them too 🤦🏾♂️ devils in disguise !
