Update: Off-Duty Officer Rampage – Evidence Ignored in Plain Sight

I previously posted footage of Bluefield Police Department officer James Mullins, going on a rampage inside, and outside, my client’s bar. Here’s an update, as well as yet another piece of incriminating evidence ignored by his LEO coworkers and “prosecutors.” Maybe they’ll explain themselves at some point…..

  1. West Virginia has a huge problem well documented and they're covering it up like all corrupt cops do how many people do they have to kill or completely ruin innocent people's lives because of their egos?

  2. if a cop gets preferential treatment and government legal protection and cop buddies conveniently ignoring law violations their own gang member, is it a wonder that he feel free to break the law with impunity?

  3. LEO's are not here to protect us especially against the criminals wearing badges. They are nothing more than bullies out of control, the only difference is that they are not held accountable for their actions.

  4. Imho, not only is there an adult beverage container in the console in plain view but sitting on the passenger seat being partially obscured by a quilted white fabric it appears to be a semi-automatic pistol with both the grip and barrel visible. Alcohol, concealed firearm next to one another in cops private car… it ain't rocket science , folks.

  5. Unfortunately, there will probably won't be any other charges. This way they don't have to bring up any of the information on those charges and the information they do bring up is on very minor things. Never mind. This person assaulted many people and tried to murder many people.

  6. All the encounters we see today with the Police have been covered and programmed into the minds full of mush on Blue Bloods.

Cops getting preferential treatment over citizens is on many episodes but especially in season 2 episode 3 where it is clear as day that a citizen robbing a bank would have been shot but because the robber was a cop he was a hero because he did it all to save his daughters life.

A clear example of that "Thin Blue Line" that separates citizens from the police.

  7. You're absolutely right. For years now I have absolutely zero use for any Police department in this country. When the laws don't apply to everybody equally, THERE ARE NO LAWS ! The worst part protecting a OUT OF CONTROL WIFE BEATEN PIECE OF SHIT LIKE THAT !!
You just have to wonder, what else do they " let slide".

  8. That was a wild video I saw that on YouTube from the local New Channel. Don't really remember what news media I subscribe to many. Now seeing that beer can in the car that explains a lot about the whole insane shit show that the police 🚔were putting on for the Camaras. I saw 👀all the Camara footage that TV news Channel had and you could hear and see 👀the gun battle. 🔫
