What would have been the difference if the other officer used his taser? Would that be considered excessive force? What's the difference between punching a guy in the face or tasing him for resistance? The outcome would have been the same.

I live about 12 miles from Saginaw and this is very disturbing.
In my opinion it would have been a good clean smooth knock out….. If the man wasn't handcuffed. That changes the whole dynamics. The cop was frustrated and showed his coping mechanism. Violence. Wonder how many citizens he's charged with domestic violence. Weak move . Fire his ass.

I went to school with one of these officers his name is Zach tebedo he didn’t do the punching but was charged with neglect and when I seen this I was not surprised he was a huge prick in school
