The police stole the evidence, and buried it. I believe this calls for a Federal investigation at that point
The warden should have been arrested. I live in Arkansas . I know how corrupt the police are. I never would have believed it but now I know first hand. Also they look out for their own. The juvenile probation officers are corrupt also. Along with the DHS workers.
I also noticed that the Warden accused them of "making a Drop" without any evidence. Simultaneously, he was claiming that he knew they were auditors who go around filming and looking for trouble. He's throwing around as many accusations as he can to get the troopers to believe that they were "the bad guys" and that he's an innocent victim. It's disconcerting to see a grown man entrusted with the responsibility of running a prison facility acting like a helpless victim. He sounds exactly like one of the career criminals he keeps locked up, saying anything they think might help them.

Why would they need to witness the violent attack when it is all clearly on video? The camera is the witness.
Never trust the police. They immediately wanted to seize the personal video card that had audio recorded evidence with the video that would have secured a conviction against the warden. I wouldn't be surprised if the video was damaged or completely deleted. Somehow, evidence like that couldn't be obtained because of file corruption or is just lost.
