We had a mother call 911 for help getting her son in ambulance to be transported. Law enforcement agencies responded and scared 17 year old kid so he took off on foot. The dispatch reported many times that he had air soft gun on him the police agencies shot an killed the boy dead in Upstate NY they shot this boy 17 times for being scared from a phone call mom made for help. They are all murderers as far as I'm concerned
