I've received one ticket in my 45 years of driving & that was in a seat belt "trap" with no way out getting one! Being nice, feeding their ego & playing dumb about your rate of speed & apologizing for "neglect" of my speed, has rendered me ZERO tickets in New York State, Georgia, Florida, New Jersey & Pennsylvania. Their egos are so HUGE! Just feed it!
