UPDATE to yesterday’s video about the incident in Huntington, West Virginia, where two women were threatened and forced to stop recording the arrest of a homeless man. As it turns out, the arrest was captured by a county surveillance camera, which shows the man’s head being slammed into the police cruiser by a Cabell County Sheriff’s Office deputy, as the actual elected sheriff (Doug Adams) casually observes from a few feet away. It also shows the Chief Deputy, Chuck Zerkle, grabbing a woman who witnessed the head slam attempting to record what was happening from a public sidewalk, as was more fully discussed in yesterday’s video. But, the video has apparently been altered…

  2. John I was serously thinking of moving to W. Virginia but, after watching all the corruption going on in that state I am second guessing myself. ๐Ÿ˜ฎ I s there a safe area for a retired 62 yr old man and woman in that beautiful state?

  3. all they had to do was arrest the man. no need for nothing else. now they all deserve domestic terrorism, and treason charges, and assault, etc, etc. every last one of those pigs deserves to be behind bars.

  4. The chief and the sheriff of the county and any other deputy's that was involved in the assault /arrest on this man needs to be decertified, charged, fired and sued personally and the department needs to be dismantled to ensure the safety of the citizens of that community

  5. Dude… you have the evidence. the video. but who do you think will prosecute this guy? the county? no… the state of WV? no… trump's justice department? absolutely not… it's all so fucked right now.

  6. If this guy had keyed a privately owned vehicle there is no way in hell the cops would have investigated anything, even if caught on video. They investigated this because they were incensed by the disrespect.
