aaaannnnd another pig that doesn't know the constitution. the 13th amendment contains the equal protection clause, that basically means it doesn't matter where you live the cops are required to en force the law as if you live in that jurisdiction. the pigs question about if he lived in that area as a taxpayer is completely irrelevant. and should result in his unpaid suspension until he takes a course on the constitution on his own time and money and be required to pass an extensive exam before he can be reinstated.
