The problem is the cop still wins. Sure he beat the ticket, but at what cost? Did he miss work to go to court to fight the ticket? His gas? his time? and we all know the cop had ZERO accountability for this retaliatory ticket that he knew was bogus but still gave it as a "Gotcha!" because his ego was bruised. The driver could file a complaint but, as usual, they'll investigate themselves and find no wrongdoing. Yes, this POS tyrant is exposed, but will it make any difference in the end? Policing is way out of hand.
