It's like a crack addict needing a fix, the way cops feel like they can demand ID from every person they encounter. How would knowing his DOB help them determine that pot plants on someone else's property isn't his?
Some of the dumbest cops that I have seen.
If you would just bow to my emotional irrational demands it would all be alright.
How were those found to begin with, they were hidden on the back side of the property not in public veiw.
Ok, it's ridiculous. I wonder how many unarmed innocent people have died because y'all "feared for your life"? We're two ridiculous then?
When he was NOT under arrest, there was no need for him to give his information, and getting arrested for not giving his name and address is a secondary charge, IF you’ve already been arrested.
I bet the bell is warning that the cops aren't wearing seatbelts. Must arrest them.
Do people really answer a question like, “Do you grow marijuana”? My answer would be, “What brand underwear do you have on”? My question is just as real ent.
How in the heck did they find these alleged plants back in that brush?
Weed is harmless, There should be no charges for it. But People can play dumb if they want. Somebody who lived at that house "Them or previous tenants" planted that weed there. The trail there leads from their backyard. It's just common sense. But beyond that, If its not on their property, police can't do shit.. This is just police abusing their power. They're not being racist.. I've been treated this way by police & I'm white. People need to stop throwing that race card bs..
redneck cops lol
Funny how they arrest an innocent man smugly while breaking the law of one of them not wearing a seatbelt, I own a Ford explorer and that's exactly what that annoying dinging sound means
How could they see that from the main road?? There's no main road there
He was so arrogant taking the innocent man in to jail trying to intimidate him by keep repeating your going to jail. but didn’t show up to court wasn’t so tough to go see the judge and the DA . I know he was ridicule in the department after the other tyrants found out what the arrest was for. The chief was like do you know what you just gotten the department into. that’s why the coward tyrant didn’t show up to court. Didn’t want to explain to the judge why he is so stupid. Now the taxpayers are going to be left holding the bag.
This sent me web-surfing and I discovered that Mr. Tartt is a minor celebrity for his organic farming and his efforts to improve the economic situation in Appalachia. No wonder the cops acted the way they did. They were so intimidated by Mr. Tartt's presence, they just had to show him and the Hairstons who was more privileged. He has achieved national recognition for his good works. These deputies, in contrast, have achieved national recognition for their mis-conduct and attitude toward Black people who dare to sit on their own porch.
It would seem to me, even it were on his property, it’d be difficult to prove it was his.
Talking bout some weed growing in the hills of West Virginia man- anybody could have planted that- such poor police work
? How in the world did they even know that sh_t was there
Question, what’s the law on being handcuffed, put in a car and then maneuvering your hands to the front of you (still handcuffed)?
Hillbillies thinking they know the law when in reality they haven't a clue.😅😅
