  1. Terryville vs Ohio empowers Law enforcement with omnipotent power. Hypothetically: a suspect is running away pursued by cops. The location is a rural area overshadowed with trees. At the time of the event it rains heavenly accompanied by bolts of lightning. Arriving at the treeline the runner continues his attempt in open field, where he gets struck by lightning immobilizing him. Can the cop even then still shoot him for officer safety ?!!! From your explanation I believe he has, but that is revolting !!!

  2. Wow piece of shit Supreme Court judges just arbitrary and unlawfully has changed it so the pigs the law always has the upper hand wrooooong. OK OK well when pigs pull you over judges I don't want to hear I'm a judge do you know of who your pulling over. Remember scumbags that's for you too. Oh well then let's just hire PIs to follow the judges and lawyers to see if they're do anyyyyything wrong. Anything wrong they do we'll send it to the News since your Corrupt department will cover up or cover your illegal acts. Only way to get back at alll those judges the made mockery of the Constitution. Sooooo sad and scary that these tyrants will get away with ruining your lively because the of officer safety fuuuk offffff. Get another job then because that's all they have to say for getting away with murder. Well some officials do get punished I suppose but enough.

  3. Hugo L. Black (Supreme court KKK member)

"Then the man can go on and off, not answer the question because the officer doesn't have at that time a sufficient amount of evidence to make a case of probable cause that he has committed a crime?"

Louis Stokes (Lawyer talking to Supreme court)

"That is precisely what I'm saying, because otherwise the Fourth's — inviolate right of privacy is being invaded."

    Hugo L. Black

    "I thought that was it."

  4. OK, you mentioned drugs. The war on drugs will never be won for so many reasons not the least of which is some power hunger jerk somewhere with a billion dollar budget. If we really wanted to reduce the problem, we would help the users, stop driving addicted people into the shadows where the drugs are. They made the mistake, they are paying the price and they have no way out. Help them get out and it will have more effect than what we have been doing. No users, no drug problem.

  5. So, you're saying it is turning out to not be everything the brochure promised. It is and has always been by the wealthy, for the wealthy. It is all a scam. You have the right to sit down and shut the fvck up. That, unfortunately is how it is, it shouldn't be that way, but it is.

  6. Question we’re currently displaced from hurricane Ian and my son was shot and suffering from PTSD and he got prescribed medical marijuana and he was on an ankle monitor due to the shooting which he is actually the real victim on but that’s a whole different conversation but anyway a police officer came up to my son while in our vehicle which I explained to officers that we’re living out of the vehicles and hotel room because there’s 5 of us! Anyway officers came up shining his light into my vehicle and arrested my son for possession of marijuana and never asked for consent to search my vehicle said that he had probable cause but there was no crime being committed and no reason for him to even bother my son because he said that he looked suspicious

  7. We are forgetting about the real culprits who are making your rights vanish, and that is the judges of the supreme court. How can they pass laws or rule against the constitution? I dont understand it at all but I wish the American people all the luck in the world for getting rid of people like these in high poweres who are so far virtually untouchable and unaccountable. The U.S is a nation of laws and it started out as a nation of justice.

  8. That has to change completely because in the year 1860 the law said that regular security officers and security guards that have emergency security vehicle‘s that have sirens on lights and you’re a security company doesn’t matter if you’re a regular security company or an international security Company you have the right to arrest and charge a police officer of any kind.!'

  9. Where do we start? How do we overturn it? I keep a small version of the constitution in my home and it has quotes from our founders and others from that time. I read it often. And I can't for the life of me understand why people don't see or even care that our rights are being ripped away. Maybe because I am first generation Cuban and my parents lived through a tyrannical government takeover and I heard all the stories that I see it clear as day and other Americans can't. Maybe it's because when I first learned about the Constitution it just spoke to me and to this day I still believe it's one of the most beautiful things humans have ever created. No Mozart, Mona Lisa or Eifel Tower comes close to the Constitution IMO it sincerely is the greatest human creation outside of creating life.

  10. If there is one law that is destroying America, it Terry v Ohio…it needs repealed or American freedoms are lost. This activist is trying to change that. Subscribe and support him

  11. This is the Chille that really woke me up last year, early last year. Woke me up to learning and caring deeply about all our right's, and why we must always film the police and push back against Terry v Ohio. Thank you for the great work you do, as I do agree with most everything you're doing.

  12. Do you have any videos covering traditional public forums? My local school board stopped me twice during my allotted time to address the board because they didn’t approve of what I was trying to discuss. I’d like to learn what is considered a traditional public forum and what restrictions a school board can place on speech.
