  1. Honestly, this doesn’t surprise me. I have my second DUI in San Diego and 2011 on a bicycle. Mind you I raced bikes as a job I could ride the bike backwards drunk sitting on the handlebars better than most people can normally. They got dropped, but they recharge my first so I still had to do all the requirement classes 18 months of DUI program classes for the California DMVand loss of a license for a year.

  2. My brother drove a tense speed to the store to get ice cream for the kids, and they pulled him over and arrested him for DWI on a 10 speed bike. He gave up after that, and he just quit life

  3. Let's see a scooter does not require a license which an automobile motorcycle truck semi. Do so, how can you give someone AA? DUI on a vehicle that does not require a license. Are you gonna give someone AD? U, I for bicycling, give me a f**** break

  4. Do not trust the police. They are not here to help you. By yourself, a firearm for home protection and do not ever ever ever call the police for anything. If you do call the police, you're very likely to go to jail yourself or get shot and killed.

  5. This is beyond absurd! An electric scooter shouldn’t be classified as a car at all.. Can you have many passengers, space/storage, kill someone or yourself by being drunk close to as likely inside a car? So many reasons to why it shouldn’t be the same
