  1. I cut some of the post-handcuffing footage to save time, because we’re not discussing that portion. But check out the full footage at the link to the original footage. She definitely earned the charge, assuming the arrest was valid. That initial detention is what I’m interested in here. So yes, she goes nuts when they go to put her in the car.

  2. They aren’t doctors either.. They aren’t our masters so they don’t get to determine our health status. Same thing with seatbelt laws.. If I don’t wear it, who else am I hurting… If I want to give up my right to safety, then that is my right to give up.

  3. The officer asked for it. The woman was in distress and required compassion not hostility and contempt. Had they not denied her from going back jnto her house there would be no arrest or kick, from.a citizens point of view the cops violated the supreme law of the land in order to enforce her disdain for this citizen and her malady. So, considering the totality of the recorded facts of the encounter, the arrest was illegal thus

  4. The cop she didn't want there could've just left the scene. The other 5 could've are perfectly capable of f'ing everything up without her help and the lady may have calmed down and let them know what they can't help her with.

  5. Since she's on her own property, I think she can be as drunk as she wants to be and as impaired on prescription medication as her medical condition requires. Why do cops always ask about drugs, including legally prescribed medication? I was subject to a car stop for going 30 in a 35 zone at night on a wet road, so I was being a prudent driver. I was asked about "medication". I told the cop it's a speed limit, but there is no minimum speed. I was being a prudent driver by reducing speed due to road conditions and if he wants information about medication, he should consult my physician. ( My doctor would require a warrant.)

  6. Obviously, as in most cases, Dad should have full custody. Can you imagine what that father has gone through over the years trying to raise his son? Breast enhancement does not outweigh being a nutcase. The last bit of aggression as they were leaving did her in. Do you think they would have waited that long had it been a man behaving that way? A felony conviction should seal the deal for Dad's custody.

  7. A channel called Creepy Tales posted a video about "Karens" and she was included in the video. I don't agree with her being a "Karen." She needs psychological help. They should've left when she told them to but she should've stayed inside after she went inside ss well; she would not have been arrested had she had done so.

  8. I think a good lawyer could of got it tossed after 16:24 to leave and deniling re-entry to her house on her property a posible law suit if you could see original video body cams of all here and a posible hindering of duty to at least get more info about original call out and not be aggressive on her

  9. American cops don't care about our constitution when are people going to figure this out? This isn't by accident or government is trying to take away our constitutional pretty soon it'll be Taliban law yes sir

  10. I am confused when the police pull up to your home after u call them most people tell them the reason for calling the woman is looking for attention

The cops should just leave because there not there for your attention 15 year old boy are old enough to reach out to his mother even if the father tell him to yes or no 15 year olds in this country do as they like so to me the lady was wrong for calling the police just for attention

  11. Why does she seem to have the most animosity and is the most accusatory with the only black cop there… This whole situation, regardless of the validity of what the police are doing, is purely racist… The one cop that is black is the one that she got up in her face and asked her to leave and accosted her… NO WAY YOU CAN'T SEE THAT SHE IS A RACIST!!! Her focus was on the ONE BLACK COP THERE!
