That officer can't tell the difference between 6 feet and 6 steps. . 2 steps is roughly 6 feet. 3 steps is over 6 feet. . The officer took 5 steps … so he was technically correct in saying "that's not 6 feet … it was at least 10 to 15 feet.
This following evening this clown mysteriously disappeared. His family couldn't understand why the NYPD wouldn't search for him, until they saw this video…
