I think a high schooler could tell you that it’s the 4th amendment not the 5th. (5th doesn’t cover answering ID questions). And you’ll have to seek many many cops to film before even a single one orders you to ID. Remember, just like with any business, marketing demands they make you feel scared and then present you a solution (that usually makes them money). This YouTube guy is a business also.
I live in New York I don't have money for a trifold I would love to have one from 42 years old I have an 18 year old that just started driving and a 16 year old that just got his permit I've been messed with by cops many times. trying to get food and paying rent is extremely hard at this moment. I wish I could of seen ur post b4 I got stop in TX n jbtp extended traffic stop to bring dog n I told him he can't search me but the truck wasn't mines it was my cuz n he was so scared from the pig he told them no search n they threaten n cors him into the search found some stuff now I'm on 8yr probation n 320 hr community service n he didn't get much since he was able to hire a lawyer n I was stuck with public pretender
