They like to get rough when they put the cuffs on in hopes that the person will flinch or move in a way so that they can charge you with resisting arrest . Most people they don’t need to put in cuffs and if it’s the department policy all they have to do is explain and gently put the cuffs on but if they do this calmly they know theirs much less of a chance of charging them with resisting and it’s sickening .

Sorry but she was drinking & Driving and when you drink and when this happens aka an accident you will lie and say I drank 18 hrs ago when it was 8 min ago and that alone says she is deserves the cuffs, people drinking are unpredictable the same as zero to pig in under 1 second, And id be happy to go to bat any day on that issue, however there is a way to do it all he has to do is say sorry please turn around click, also if she was coherent she would remember that 5th but either way cool video.
