I agreed with him to some extent up to the part until the black guy started talking racial… The guy didn't have a plate and is acting confrontational and he started saying racial stuff about "your kind" and acting very threatening — there's no reason to be talking racial about white people in public which is a form of terrorism and white people should not talk about black people like that in public but it is not the case…… He also said he could measure his tint but then said he couldn't roll up his window while the only way to measure the tint was to roll the window up a bit.. anyone would be in and out of there just by simply complying.. I've never understood how a person can resist arrest if they're not under arrest or being told they're under arrest. When he asked if being aggressive was a crime, cop said "it's enough to get you tased" when there was no reason to and the cop was not in fear of anything. He knows it's not illegal, unless it's physically aggressive. And the guy was just frustrated, not aggressive. When the guy said their policy, the cop goes "you can read, congratulations", we hasn't only being condescending to the guy, but to the oath of office that he took.
The Police Chief needs to do an Undercover Boss on his officers to get to whole picture. Him and the mayor need to dress like a working man, don't shave for a day, ride around in the hood in a junker until they get pulled over by one of their own.

Race is irrelevant. People always bring it up when it was never brought up during a situation. All he had to do was put the back windows down and be respectful. It was really that simple. Once you start doing extra stuff and not following simple directions, you open yourself up to the unknown. Cops are humans and will make poor choices just like the avg citizen. The cops failed because there was no de-escalating of the situation. They let their emotions get the best of them. Both parties get an F in my book.
