The manager of a McDonald’s in Riverside, California called 911, concerned that a guy had been in their bathroom stall for an hour. His name was Peter Villalobos. He was not alleged to have committed any crime.  So how and why did he end up dying in the custody of the Riverside Police Department that morning? The police department apparently is having difficulty figuring it out. Perhaps we can find some clues in the recently released bodycam footage…

  1. The family needs to sue this is murder this man died this is absolutely disgusting this is a fear of mines because my son is autistic I keep them very close and do understand one day I will have to let go but people are so cruel

  2. When i was much younger, i had mental health issues and was off and on homeless. A memory that always sticks with me was one of the first times I asked for a key to a bathroom (ironically a mcdonalds too) so I could wash off. Being that it was my first time having to, i asked why they lock it. Even living in my car i still looked younger and "cleaner" than the average homeless folks they would see, so they thought nothing of it when responding "to keep bums out." /me.

Wording aside…the McDonald's wasnt doing anything wrong necessarily. Neither is the one who called for police help in this video. But aside from the unacceptable behavior of the police, i just hope people who read this can understand something youve maybe never thought of before…how strong and constant the feeling of "everyone hates me" when youre living in the streets

  3. He may have had a bad heart to begin with and all the anxiety and stress he was feeling he was under, normally just cause him to have a heart attack, and that can happen to anyone at any time, mental issues or not. That fact alone does not make the cops liable for anything they couldn't know about ahead of time.

  4. I notice that the EMT said in the ER that he had fled the officers which is not substantiated by the video. The police must have told the EMTs that lie. How suspicious!! That seems like an indicator of guilt, especially with the lapse of video after he was in handcuffs and surrounded by police.

  5. “You need to get out now because the employees want you to leave”.

This is just a case of abuse of authority. Hope he is charged especially since the choke was because “he was making it difficult”

  6. boot thug pigs. no wonder people hate pigs . totalitarianism pigs have no rights to invoke violence against civilians citizens. this is a out rage against humanity. no crime no violence no nothing no reasoning no nothing but lies deceit and theft of life . these pigs deserve death penalty for their actions.

  8. This guy looks like he have some mental illness or high on drugs the com beat him up because of something that was at the crime scene that them don't want you and the world to know about this case remember check all available evidence and check it over with his testimony and the police statements and you will find out what happened in that bathroom stall I think is drugs or something else of strict confidence matter.

  9. I worked in places where people took over the bathroom to bathe.etc. And or drunk. Someone in a bathroom that long is either sick bathing or needs help diabetes could have created this guy's. Behavior of not being all there. High blood sugar or ?
