It was the filming that it plane and simple, the cops do not want anyone filming them. As the filmer, you will have to be as arrested and spend time in jail and then court times, most of these get thrown out on charges. Just saying if you pull out your phone or camera 📷 anytime cops are around you will get a charge made up. Cops hate filming them in public. It has not stopped in the many years I have been watching.
In northern Ky if you film them, you get gang stock immediately.

Doesn't really matter. Judges will protect the cops. and when you hire a local attorney they work with the judge to protect thier career. If you go outside the city or state the judge will make an example out of the attorneys. Not to mention you need the money to fight any of it to begin with. Its all 100% corrupt. Ive had dashcam proof and an attorney and the judge refused to view it. I 100% dont trust any part of the legal system, its all corrupt. GOD BLESS

I’m telling you, the only requirement to apply for law enforcement is a GED. This cop is the perfect example of why the education requirements need to be raised to at least a high school diploma and an associates degree in criminal justice.
The "jaywalking" ordinance probably isn't that restrictive anyway. Not that the cops really care about the actual law.
Start using drones while standing out of there sight. Make sure to register the drone if needed in your jurisdiction.
