She is an unarmed woman in Kentucky daring to "run her mouth" that's why she was arrested. It happens a lot here in TN too. Then they wonder why nobody likes or respects them.
The judge will almost certainly find her guilty, but all charges will almost certainly be tossed out on appeals. And the cops knew that when they arrested her. But the process is the punishment for contempt of cop.
