A lying POs cop. I truly wonder how they have the nerve to question why they are being targeted.
And the officer in question should be criminally charged, felony false arrest and felony false incarceration. Unlawful search and seizure as well as no less than simple battery because in order to arrest somebody will have to touch them against their will. But it should be aggravated battery as the officer is in possession of a firearm while committing his battery. And then you have the general weapons charges for possession of a firearm while committing felonies. Along with any other charges that should reasonably apply. Now we also jump in to the federal charges of deprivation of rights under color of law, 18 USC 242, each deprivation of rights punishable between one and 10 years in a federal prison.
Why? Because all too often cops don’t pay their own settlements or the settlement or so piss poor nobody ever learns a lesson. But guess what cops will do? They will serve their own prison time! Prosecute to the fullest extent of the law, local county city and state charges as well as federal every time.
This country needs to be cleansed of the corruption
