It seems more and more lately that laws only apply to the public. It doesn't apply to officers, politicians, correction officers, really anyone with the slightest bit of power or authority. But than you have some of the public rioting for people who are breaking the law. What happened to this country????
It looks like the kid got a lawyer that sided with the thug cops. Never trust a cop and don't expect a lawyer to do anything that would be in your benefit.
It's a shame YouTube is turning into such a propaganda machine. Their reasoning for pulling or blocking videos is nothing short of infringement of freedom of press and freedom of speech. It's ironic that there's so many videos in here about protecting rights 😂

What is evident is the cop's fragile ego, how easily bruised he is and from the bruising he retaliates with force. What is even more pathetic is the dishonest support he receives for brutalizing someone half his weight. A sign of a coward. Cowards like clowns are a dime a dozen.
Chambers immediate action was an attempt to face plant Samson on the street. Samson was able to prevent that by grabbing the side of the truck. That was the only "resisting" that occurred. Chambers continued his assault and was eventually successful in the leg sweep face plant on Samson. I suspect that the unwarranted prosecution of Samson was nothing more than an effort to avoid a civil suit by Samson for the assault.
Since, as we see in this video, cops will never hold lawless cops accountable, it's up to the people to protect the people from them. We simply can't allow psychos with badges to stalk victims on our streets.
the officer was neighbours with these kids, my guess is he has previously seen him doing wheelies or just riding a loud two stroke in the neighborhood set off his fuse and he saw an opening to get revenge. The one kid also started out filming the cop from the start of the contact so my guess is they were predicting trouble from mr.clean

I was in county jail for 3 months for DUI’s in OC California and witnessed deputies beating people up, bashing heads into walls, breaking ribs etc for the slightest bit of perceived attitude they received from inmates
