From the viewpoint of a man that was in the United States Army Military Police, what she did was criminal, and I, personally, would have charged her with battery. However, it was stressed to us that we were NEVER TO PUNCH PEOPLE. With all the other options that we had, including grappling and wrestling, there is absolutely no excuse for him punching that woman like that. I think he should be charged with aggravated battery.
