While I donโt like being bossed around by the Popo I think a lot of times the reason they have you stand in front of their vehicle is because if theyโre not wearing a body cam they are usually wearing a mic and then they can mic your conversation and have your movements and stuff caught on their dash cam. If, and I repeat if they are doing this genuinely for transparency then bravo. But if that is the way that it goes the state or city whoever provides the equipment needs to be held responsible for its up keep being sure that it works properly so that it does capture what itโs intended to capture.

I wonder what the difference is ? I would say this the Chinese gentleman is in a restraint Chair because he complained about police giving out tickets. I made a complaint about a Visalia police officer on their Facebook page and they put me in Facebook Jail. I guess we have more freedom if hte US became like China, I probably would be under the jail.

So far for me itโs not the chairs. They both restrain the person. Wouldnโt want to be in either, but the actions of the jailers once the person is restrained is what takes it over the top for me. If the Chinese guy was getting electrocuted and beat with a rubber hose, which I think we all know will happen and does happen, then the chairs in themselves are irrelevant.

Theres an element that no one is talking about in this video @23:55, a woman was accused of wreckless driving endangering lives, an officer saw the events, yet, they let her just sit there, unrestrained and no physical interaction by police on her.
Lets now suppose it was a male instead of this young female in the same circumstances, what you think would have been the outcome?
More than likely guns would have been drawn out, the man restrained in cuffs and physically beaten by the cops, and tazed to the max.

As to the chair, I got to see that crap in Las Vegas. If you end up in Vegas, if you get arrested, inside the jail, they will take you to a small room where there is no cameras and beat you up. Thats the America that everyone wants, like china, talk bad about the police and get punished.
