Any order given, that isn't 100% backed up by law and not in any way a violation of the US constitution, is criminal and needs to result in prison time for all criminal cops involved.
We all know cops have the thinnest skin on the planet. Combined with the mandatory GIANT ego, this type of thing happens hundreds if not thousands of times every single day
Obviously this officers ways to cope with stress relief will often involve trumped up charges and the more tickets that he hands over the less stress he has. And even better to be teaching classes on stress that may cause serious problems to seek help. What a cover he does with this.

It should be alarming ~ but it no longer is ~ when police escalate excessive use of force for unlawful commands. It’s U.S. taxpayers who pay the price settling billions of dollars in lawsuits for these repeat offenders. "Rather than being fired, officers accused of stealing, lying, mistreating civilians, or otherwise abusing their power are often allowed to retain their roles as public servants, with some rerouted into new positions in the force as a reprimand for bad behavior." ~ Criminologist studying police accountability at North Dakota State University. Its the present institution for a police state that wants make misconduct 'reasonable' under legal doctrine.
In fact, it's been almost a decades ago that the political duopoly chose to ignore the 'Council on Criminal Justice Task Force on Policing' called for " complete overhaul of U.S. police training and national standards". ~ See WP, 'The hidden billion-dollar cost of repeated police misconduct.' The task force found "most police training in the United States is misfocused, too short, uses ineffective teaching methods, and is out of alignment with both community safety priorities and research about what works to minimize bias and use of force." The task force concluded. “Police departments need policies and standards that hold officers accountable – and leaders committed to changing the internal culture of their departments.” Those recommendations came over a decade ago ~ and it was ignored by politicians from both sides of the isle who continue to water down our constitutional guarantees to give police the upper hand.
How is he not able to sue the cop and the DA? Should be open and shut for malicious prosecution and retaliation. Besides, isn't threats of violations of the 4th & 14th amendment a crime still? Sounds like there needs to be 24/7 reporters following the cop and the DA asking questions about this and past actions, because you KNOW this isn't their first violations rodeo.

It's obvious that the lead prosecutor is friends with him and or part of the good old boy's network and don't you dare ever think of disturbing the good old boys network.. I ran into that myself over 30 years ago judge wrote a note down that I chose not to hire an attorney this was for $170 ticket The attorney I checked at the time would have cost me $320 so it didn't make a lot of sense being I was making minimum wage but he wrote a note down and basically found me guilty right there.. traffic in fringement failure to yield to a person on the right he decided not to factor in the fact that the person was 10 minutes late for their work which was a half a block up or that the person was about to get fired because of showing up for work late or the fact that even though the speed limit was 15 miles an hour they somehow hit me jump to curb ended up on a lawn and damn near hit a house where reality should have been shared responsibility maybe 50/50
