I had pretty much the same exact thing happen with myself.
I had just been arrested for “failing to identify” myself when I was not legally obligated to do so. I even eventually told them my name if “it would get them off my back.”
Soon as I said my full name, I was met with “NO SIR. THATS A LIE. STAND UP & LET ME PAT YPU DOWN FOR WEAPONS.”
Before I could even get up from where I was seated, I was yanked up & thrown face first onto a concrete sidewalk! And subsequently arrested for disorderly conduct & obstructing governmental affairs.
I later successfully sued the city.
But as I was handcuffed in back of the patrol car, some stupid old lady walks up & says “I just want to thank you guys for doing such a good job.”
This bitch had no clue as to what all had just transpired! And how egregiously my rights had just been so violently violated!
It’s all recorded by me. 100% true! Every word of it.
