  2. What happened if it's another citizen? Do the same thing of this sheriff? Did what do you think will happen then?Of course, like you say, before, does it brothers and blues? And that's why they are covered by down.Umbrella that batch

  3. To be honest I have leave my firearm in the bathroom before but luckily I remember it before anyone else go in the bathroom. We are all humans and we made mistakes.

  4. It's odd because the leftist mayor of Savannah pushed hard for a law that would punish victims of theft when someone breaks into their car and steals a firearm from the car. While I agree that you shouldnt leave a gun in a car, I don't think the victim of a crime should be punished for leaving their firearm in a locked vehicle. However leaving your firearm in a public place where anyone can get it (children, felons, etc) then you should be held to task under the law.

  5. There’s reckless and negligent. One of them requires “intent” the other doesn’t. Like DUI. One doesn’t drink then intentionally set out to endanger others. But, they’ll get charged even if no one was hurt. That bozo needs to be charged.
Why the hell did he take his gun off to use the bathroom? I never have to take mine off to use the bathroom. What a dope.

  6. @19:44
When the cop was doing the cover-up copsplaining to the lady and she got upset, that was a time for her to say…
I perfectly understand that you guys are going to attempt to cover this up which I'm not going to let happen. I'm going to call all the news sources I can to cover this as a story, and your name's going out first for saying in essence that there's nothing that you guys can do to him.

  7. The law doesn't discriminate on that, true, but officers often disrimanate on that, Its clear a lot of people in this acted on feelings, not facts, 3 things that I have questions about one why did the officer not leave his service weapon in the car and 2 why was there no mention of a safety, and 3 it has never been answered as to why he removed the gun, my understanding is that the officer did a sitting on toilet monuver and took it off since he had to pull his pants down and it might have fell and hit the floor if he had a kid "how old" and if his kid needed to use the bathroom why would the sheriff drop his pants?

  8. That woman is lucky she did not get arrested. They want to arrest soneone and they wasnt going to arrest the Sheriff, the kid was a toss up for arrest, but that lady was the perfect victim for them to abuse
