Cop Slams Disabled Senior Citizen Over Bicycle Law – Other Cops Laugh and High-Five

On February 17, 2025 at around 9pm at night, a disabled senior citizen named Danny Winklman was riding his bicycle through a neighborhood in St. Augustine, Florida. He had a run of bad luck. He had been hospitalized with serious medical issues, and as a result was evicted, leaving him homeless. All he wanted was a meal, and he was on his way home to fix himself something to eat. But a local St. Johns County Sheriff’s Deputy saw that his bicycle was not equipped with lights. Within seconds, the officer would slam the elderly man to the asphalt for “not listening” to him. Was that justified?

  2. Toujours aussi stupide , cette ville est ร  fuir , je comprends pourquoi les US ont le plus grand nombre de prisonniers au monde mรชme devant la chine ( proportionnellement ร  sa population) cโ€™est effrayant

  3. I guess littering isn't a crime that they can enforce without being complete hypocrites. At least that's my guess as to why they didn't tack on a littering charge for the napkin. They obviously have no problem with unjustified charges so that napkin thing being ignored got me thinking. I think they didn't charge him for that because then the public would be calling them Non-Stop to charge the police department for all the garbage that you see coming from inside the police vehicles in this footage. I'm just a bunch of walking, talking, gun toting pieces of garbage that you can see coming out of the police cars that the city chooses to ignore on a daily basis instead of fixing the problem they have with all the trash in their police cars.

  4. Has the DA and judge give a reason why they couldn't look at this case and see it for what it is, if not then they need sacking. What a disgrace they are has law inforcement and human beings thanks for your service sir

  6. I guess these officers realize one day they won't get old. Also would the officers condone this happening to their own elderly parents? This entire scenario is a waste of time. He is an old man who's been evicted who was recently released from the hospital and riding a bike with no lights?? That really required to be body slammed, harassed and denied his medication and his meal? 24 days in jail is riding.

  7. Clearly, if this man was evicted, he does not have the money to sue this psychopathic bully. THAT is the egregious sin of our time. Not to mention at 11:23 the officer with the S#it eating grin of contempt. . If this man has a go fund me, I will contribute.

  8. NEVER-NEVER-NEVER spend money in these small Florida island community police/gestapo hot spots. This video shows you why. Just go to a nice all-inclusive in Mexico.

  9. To be honest he resisted. The officer said put your hands behind your back and then he pulled away and he said โ€œnoโ€ I mean thatโ€™s gonna be a tough case

  10. Most attorneys around Grays Harbor County Washington State USA no care. like Attorney Scott Camble from Montesano and Tye Meneser of Olympia they no care if copes break State and Fed law just ask them? I garenity they deny reality!! they lie to get money then no defend regardless!!!!!

  11. If you are ever thinking of retiring in Florida don't do it! I'm 69 and can't wait to get the hell out here, this is not a good state if you are over 65. God help you if you ever need to go to a hospital, they are tired of old people… Good luck.

  12. Okay I m in roughly half the video, but cmon once more I m hoping they will sue and not settle. I know lawsuits are expensive (my lawsuit ended this march I believe), but still.. withnout verdicts nothing will change.
