Cop Yanks Autistic Kid Out His Door For (alleged) Jaywalking

In Milton, Florida, Deputy Zachary MacPherson observed 20 year old Aleczander “Zander” Cash, who is autistic, walking across his residential street and into his home. Becoming angry that he couldn’t hear him (due to his wearing headphones), MacPherson banged on the front door, and when Cash answered, yanked Cash out of the front door of his home and onto the ground, handcuffing and arresting him. Not only was no crime committed by Cash, but Deputy MacPherson admittedly did not have a warrant.

  2. Warrantless arrests should end. Smart phones exist. Most officers vehicles have laptops in them. Supreme Court ruled a District court should have ruled on a filing at 12:38 AM from the ACLU before they filed an appeal at 1AM. Justice Ho wrote to the Supreme Court they need funding for 24 hour courts. 3 branches of government need to be involved in warrant arrests and this should be accomplished in minutes.

  3. Police have reached the level of stupidity unmatched in their field…..they themselves no longer know the difference between an infraction and a felony.
To the point they commit felony assault with unwarranted actions under the guise of law and authority.
Key word being Authority….like the total lack of authority to go to a persons home well after witnessing an infraction and perform a felony warrant escalation raid….on a traffic infraction.
Hoping this power hungry ego monster is done with being a LEO…he sucks at it and is not fully aware of the law. You would think this would be a requisite with police departments…to know the actual law they swore an oath to enforce.

  4. The pedestrian threat was clearly extremely dangerous for the people in the community… oh wait, nope, just another tyrant that expects you to drop and open your mouth when they demand it.

  5. This means people must be locked inside their houses in order to prevent from any incident to occurr and thus police officers will not be bothered and they will have plenty of time to have fun, eat donuts with coffee, have sex and much more. 😂😂😂

  6. I hear that mom screaming. I’d be in tears and sue the effin shit out of that cop and city for mistreating my baby. He’s autistic. Lord somebody get the bad ones out of the unit please. Poor baby. God love him

  7. My son is autistic and he's got Phelan Mcdermid Syndrome also gets SSI and is permanently disabled we'll live with me for the rest of his life ,idk what would have happened to him because of what a Sheriff David Ackerman from Leola SD tried to send my wife to prison for money I won't in a lawsuit but didn't care this situation is nothing like anyone would have seen or heard of

  8. It just goes to show how the police does something that is illegal, then because of public attention, backs off and does the right thing. Something along the lines of, we do what we want and will back track if we get caught. Public opinion shouldn't be the watchdog here, it should be the AG's office or a citizen oversight committee doing this. This would bring opposition to the police department but on the positive side they can always defer to the oversight committee for support.

  9. I for one appreciate all that you do to help people across this country. Thank you! I don’t like hitting the thumbs up on some of these videos, not just yours but it isn’t clear to me why I’m hitting the thumbs up. There is no clear definition of it. Some videos I like because justice is being served but others are disgusting to watch and I don’t want it to seem as though I approve of what the video has to say. It’s odd that some videos have a thumbs up and no thumbs down. Some do have a thumbs down so I’m confused about how to respond. Again I’m not just talking about your videos but the videos put on this forum. When things aren’t clearly defined I tend to shy away from them.

  10. Tyrants! Why do cops never get in trouble for crossing legal boundaries!! His partners will cover up for him to be a tyrant justifying and lieing to his face to arrest him
