You're right! Police love to bring innocent people to the dungeon after intimidating and torturing them, there should be no doubt in anyone's mind by now. I have had quite a few experiences with the police where they they pulled me over for expired registration and didn't even ticket me and I didn't even have a driver's license either. During that time I ran out of gas and CHP seen me and stopped and he waited for a friend to come and he said could run to the gas station to get gas but luckily my friend brought gas and he even poured the gas in my tank for me. Another time I was going a little fast and almost hit a cop with my car while he was conducting a traffic stop. There was another cop watching from a side street and pulled me over, he noticed I had expired registration and no license and told me he wouldn't ticket me for speeding but the registration had been expired for a long time and he just told me to slow down next time and I should go to dmv to get a license. He said I should watch speed limits because another cop could impound my car or if I'm parked somewhere on the street.
