Cops Bang on Guy’s Door and Refuse to Leave (so he calls the cops)

Imagine if cops showed up at your front door, banged on the door and demanded that you come outside and answer their questions. Why? Because the contractor working next door says you yelled at him and hurt his feelings… Knowing your rights – that the police cannot just stand on your front porch, detain you, force you to answer their questions, and shout things at you without your permission – you tell them to leave. You even call the cops on the cops. I mean, they don’t have a warrant, and they don’t have your permission. Right? But even though the courts have said this violates your constitutional rights, what if the cops just don’t care? What if the people at 911 don’t care? What if the supervisor doesn’t care? What if they just ignore your constitutional rights?

  1. Because they refused to leave the property after he called dispatch and had them relay the message that they are trespassing. That falls under title 18 United States code 241, 242. And the officers each now owe the homeowner personally $5,000 land use fee. And because they wanted to go hands on and attack him on his own property after being criminally trespassed, he can file the liens against your personal property for an additional minimum fee of $10,000. And yes under that ruling he can file the liens against the officers private properties, vehicles and other personal belongings. And should they refuse to pay up he can foreclosed on that property.

  2. Well, these cops should have masked up, turned off the bodycams, removed their name and id badges, announced they were ICE and just busted in. ICE apparently dors not need a warrant in the New Fascist America.

  4. I wonder why they wouldn''t just talk to him through the screen door? Why did they need him to "step outside". Gee, I wonder. I don't know what their active "code 21" is they already have on him, but dollars to donuts he'd have been arrested for something, valid or not. Beat the charge but not the ride. I think I might have opened the inside door and just banged on the steel door along with him LOL.

  5. Good for him! One thing, SAY NOTHING! All of the back and forth with these ego driven idiots makes him a future target! What I'm saying is, psychopaths MUST have revenge, they will dwell on it, they will stew in it, until they see him out on the street! They WILL hassle him from this point forward, until they hem him up in some way! They WILL seek revenge!
